Following a rich career in many countries (France, Ivory Coast, Hong-Kong, Japan, USA), Pascal defines himself as a Global and Multicultural Manager.

Following a dual education in Civil Engineering (Ingénieur Travaux Public from E.S.T.P. in Paris) and Business Administration (Master of Business Administration from Columbia University), he spent most of his career in Asia and developed a unique expertise in strategic marketing and business development, as well as turnarounds and integration of acquisitions.

Pascal worked the last 30 years for Somfy, a major player in the rapidly changing “Connected Home” field,  in various Key Positions :

• Mergers and Acquisitions (3 years)

• Strategic Marketing (5 years)

• Asia-Pacific Managing Director (20 years)

After more than 20 years managing Companies in Asia, he decided to create MICOLIA Company to share his experience and competences.
